ok, myabe this entry was a little bit too late but i still wanted to write about the great time i had on my bday last thursday

let's start sept 7, my sis and i went to divisoria. call us shopaholics since my sis just came from tutuban mall last tuesday, and i went the week before. i bought some tops which i can use for our ojt(if im assigned in the office, which i wish i would not be, and two pairs of shoes). my sis bought watches, jeans, and god knows what else. i also bought my younger brother toys so he would not get mad at us for leaving without telling him

then, i received a message from kat and apple at midnight saying that manual adjustment would be the next day. boy, saying that i was pissed off was an understatement. it's my bday and i would have to wake up early??!!! i thought about not going, but i might lose a spot at the section i wanted to transfer to so i decided to wake up at the crack of dawn the next day and have my dad drive me to school.

i arrived 640, apple came in a few minutes later. the others came past 7 am. we waited by the vice dean's office. turned out, no adjustment. "ok lang", they said. "manlilibre naman si marian eh". i went to the atm to withdraw some cash.
we went to rob manila where i treated them for brunch at sbarro. yum yum! i was with apple, dyan, dianne, katkat, omar, eric and tedd. jigs came in about half an hour after we ate so i bought him lunch as well. told us he have to take their helper to the hospital due to discomfort brought by pregnancy.

apple and dianne disappeared for a while, and then the boys. turns out they bought me a gift - a big heart shaped heart with the words happy birthday from blue magic! im so touched! thank you guys!!

then we watched a movie afterwards - the brothers grimm. omar, tedd and dianne have left after we ate. tedd has to go to up to meet up with his girlfriend, omar has to go to the congress with his dad. dianne... um, im not sure but i think she has to go to a novena or something. that's what i heard anyway.

the brothers grimm. i dont know if we're just zonked out because we woke up early for the supposed adjustment, or if our minds are not working because of the hellish term, or the movie was just plain, "malabo". i did not understand a thing and i think i fell asleep for about 10 minutes. if i had not heard eric, who is sitting beside me, say something i would not have waken up.

it's a fun birthday - although the first one i did not spend with my family. it's a far cry from the bday i spent at home last year - with sore eyes.

too bad my good friends ching, elmer, and ches were not there to celebrate the day with us. elmer disappeared after he learned that there was no adjustment. i was not able to inform ching and ches. biglaan lang kasi. i was not prepared. sa pasukan, promise
